Menu Ideas

DPF has an extensive range of menus from simple finger food to hot soufflés.  But, just like ordering in a restaurant, the choice is completely down to you.  However, if you are unsure what you would like to feed your guests then Deborah can help you put together a menu that suits your taste and your budget.   

If you want a particular recipe or a favourite dish then don’t hesitate to ask.  “Specials” can always be added!

Sample Finger Buffet Menu:

£8.50 per head
Fresh filled sandwiches
Dill scones with lemon crème fraiche and smoked salmon
Melon and Parma Ham kebabs
Filo cases with guacamole and salsa
Cheddar cheese and cayenne biscuits with cream cheese and sun blush tomatoes
Pastry tarts with turkey Waldorf filling

Coronation chicken
Fresh baked quiche Lorraine
Greek feta salad
Mixed leaf salad
Wild rice salad with mango and toasted almonds

Prices include crockery, cutlery and local delivery (for a minimum of 20 people)
